Forms And Downloads

Below are the forms you require for membership and / or registration with Dilutes Australia Ltd’s International Dilute Register.  These are available as:

  • pdf files - need to be downloaded, printed and filled in by hand then SCANNED and emailed to us.  
  • interactive MS Word document
  • using a mobile or like the convenience of click and go?  You can also conveniently lodge your registration application online here

We have also supplied an image file for the diagrams - a zip file containing these can be downloaded, the files extracted, completed electronically using Paint or a similar program then emailed back to us.

Prior to completing and lodging the forms please make sure you have read the Regulations and DNA testing requirements.

Photo requirements - you must lodge all the required photos with your registration application before it will be processed. Failure to do so will delay processing. If you are unsure of what photos are required or how to take them, check the sample photos page. 

If you are emailing photos through please ensure they are not bigger than 200 - 400 kb in size.  (Yes, that IS kilobytes NOT megabytes!!)  

PAYMENT OPTIONS

WE DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARD OR EFTPOS FACILITIES SO ALL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED BY PAYPAL (preferred) OR INTERNATIONAL BANK TRANSFER.

FEES effective from 1st August 2018

NO GST component included. All fees shown in AU $ with an approximate calculation into US$, GBP and Euros based on the exchange rate at the time of compiling the schedule.  PLEASE NOTE: fees are reviewed regularly. When application forms have been retained for a period before lodgement, please check with the NATIONAL Office (dilutes@iinet.net.au) for current fees.

Membership year runs from 1st August - 31st July.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

 $55 AUD (~ US$41 / £31 / €35) per person

REGISTRATION FEES

$30 AUD (~ US$22 / £17 / €19) all genders, per horse
